The Physiotherapists at Cairns Total Physiotherapy are experienced in providing rehabilitation to regain normal function after injury or orthopaedic surgery. Strengthening and stretching exercises are supervised in the clinic and prescribed in home programmes.

Sports Injuries

We treat sports injuries to muscle, ligament, cartilage, capsule and tendon problems. This includes:

  • Muscle and ligament tears/strains
  • Whiplash
  • Fractures and trauma
  • Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow
  • Shin splints or overuse injuries

We are experienced at assessing, treating and returning to sport, athletes from elite to recreational level.
