Braydn Croft

Braydn Croft, is a Physiotherapist working across our Westcourt and Smithfield clinics at Cairns Total Physio since 2022.

Braydn holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2021) and a Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation of Sports Injuries. He is currently undertaking a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University. Braydn is ASCA Level 1 certified, accredited in dry needling, and has completed APA Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 and Level 2 training, reflecting a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Clinically, Braydn commonly supports people with:
- Post-operative shoulder and knee rehabilitation
- ACL injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation
- Bone stress injuries
- Shoulder instability and dislocations
- Complex foot and ankle conditions
- Sport-related lower limb and shoulder injuries
Braydn takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, combining detailed assessment, manual therapy and structured rehabilitation programs. He focuses on building clear, goal-oriented plans that are individualised to each person, whether they are returning to sport, improving everyday function or managing ongoing pain.

With a strong interest in late-stage rehabilitation and return-to-sport planning, Braydn incorporates objective testing and performance-based rehabilitation into his programs to support safe and confident progression back to activity.
In clinic, Braydn regularly utilises VALD ForceDecks, dynamometry and the AlterG treadmill, as well as court and field-based sessions where appropriate, to guide rehabilitation and monitor progress.
Outside of the clinic, Braydn enjoys the Cairns lifestyle, often camping or wakeboarding at Lake Tinaroo. He actively participates in rugby union and cricket and has a strong passion for sport across multiple codes.
