Alina Bielienkova is a Remedial Massage Therapist working across our Smithfield and Mareeba clinics at Cairns Total Physio since 2024.
Alina holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and provides structured, evidence‑informed massage therapy as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team. Her work supports recovery, movement quality and long‑term musculoskeletal health, particularly for people managing ongoing pain or training demands.

Rather than focusing only on the site of pain, Alina considers contributing biomechanical factors such as posture, training load and movement patterns. Outside of the clinic, Alina has a strong interest in weightlifting and human biomechanics. She is also passionate about art and handcrafts, spending her free time painting and creating bespoke dolls. She enjoys balancing this creative work with time outdoors and with her children.
