Alina Bielenkova
Alina Bielienkova is a Remedial Massage Therapist working across our Smithfield and Mareeba clinics at Cairns Total Physio since 2024.
Alina holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and provides structured, evidenceโinformed massage therapy as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team. Her work supports recovery, movement quality and longโterm musculoskeletal health, particularly for people managing ongoing pain or training demands.
Clinically, Alina commonly supports people with:

Alina takes a patientโcentred and resultsโfocused approach to remedial massage. She combines thorough clinical assessment with handsโon techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release, selecting methods that align with each personโs presentation and goals.
Rather than focusing only on the site of pain, Alina considers contributing biomechanical factors such as posture, training load and movement patterns. She places strong emphasis on education and selfโmanagement strategies to help patients better understand their bodies and maintain progress between sessions.
Outside of the clinic, Alina has a strong interest in weightlifting and human biomechanics. She is also passionate about art and handcrafts, spending her free time painting and creating bespoke dolls. She enjoys balancing this creative work with time outdoors and with her children.
