Emily started at Cairns Total Physio in 2025 and enjoys working with people of all activity levels, supporting them through injury rehabilitation and movement retraining so they can return to their sport, work, and everyday activities with confidence.

  • Shoulder instability
  • Osteoarthritis and osteoporosis management
  • Balance retraining and falls prevention
  • BPPV and cervical dizziness

Emily takes a thorough and patient-centred approach to physiotherapy, placing strong emphasis on understanding how a condition is affecting each individual. She combines detailed questioning, movement assessment, and functional analysis to guide practical and goal-focused rehabilitation programs.

In clinic, Emily regularly uses VALD dynamometry and force plate systems to guide rehabilitation progress. She may also incorporate hydrotherapy, utilising local pool facilities where appropriate, to support graded loading and movement confidence.

Outside of work, Emily trains and competes in powerlifting at a national level and enjoys horse riding and participating in local equestrian events.
