• We welcome private paying patients
• We accept GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (CCMP) referrals
• We accept NDIS, DVA, Support at Home care packages, and insurance claims.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞:
While we do accept GP CCMP referrals, 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐤 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥. Appointments under a CCMP 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬, with a 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 to you.
